Recreational Soccer League Fall 2026 Team Photos

Below are some additional details about our upcoming photo nights for the recreational soccer league. We have already added an additional "game" to your schedule which is nothing more than your team's scheduled photo date and time. The time posted for this "game" in your calendar is your photo time, so please arrive ten minutes prior to that to find your team. Please mark your attendance for team photos in PlayMetrics.

• ♦ Photos will be held on either Monday, August 17th, or Tuesday, August 25th. Studio 139 is the photographer this season, and they will be handling all scheduling matters.
  
  
• ♦ Photos will be taken in the parking lot alongside Field 8 on the north end of the soccer complex. 
  
  
• ♦ Please make sure uniforms are clean, shirts are tucked in (if long enough), and hair is pulled out of the player's eyes.
  
  
• ♦ If you do not have a uniform, simply borrow a teammates for the taking of your photo. Players will be photographed individually and then Studio 139 will stitch them together for a team photo.
  
  
• ♦ Players should wear black shorts, and we do recommend wearing their cleats, socks, and shin guards as well. Most portraits are from the hips and up, so cleats, socks, and shin guards aren't required unless you plan on ordering a full length statuette of your soccer player.
  
  
• ♦ Players are welcome to bring their own soccer ball. Studio 139 will have a few available if you forget.
  
  
• ♦ Please arrive ten minutes before your scheduled time and find your team's coach. Once the full team is together, we'll have them line up and be photographed as a group. Everything runs much more smoothly when the team arrives together.
  
  
• ♦ If a player cannot make their assigned time, that's okay. They are welcome to come another time that evening or on the alternate picture night if they have a sibling scheduled at a different time. If they are coming outside of their team's scheduled time, just let the photographer know when you arrive that they are there as an individual (and know which team they are on), and they'll work them in between teams as time allows. Also, let your coach know that you won't be there with the rest of the team so that they are not wondering if you'll be coming that night (mark your attendance in PlayMetrics).
  
  
• ♦ Studio 139 is also offering a remake day for various sports leagues on Monday, August 24th, from 4:30-6:00pm at their studio (571 South 33rd Ave in Columbus). Players can show up without an appointment during that time and get in line. Please only use this option if you cannot make it on August 17th or 25th.
  
  
• ♦ Photo packets were handed out last week. If you did not receive a photo packet, please see your coach.
  
  
• ♦ For families with more than one child, it is easier on the photographer if you pay for each child separately. However, if you prefer to pay for all orders on a single check, you MUST make it very clear on the envelopes as in the following example: Let's say you have two girls, Sophia and Sarah, and you put payment for both girls in Sarah's envelope, please write "Payment for Sophia Smith included" on Sarah's envelope. Then, write "See Sarah Smith's envelope for payment" on Sophia's envelope (use first and last name on both envelopes).
